1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Intenrix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2Description of Service

Intenrix provides an automation platform that integrates with Instagram to help businesses manage direct messages, automate responses, and facilitate orders ("the Service").

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Platform Dependency

Intenrix is a third-party application built on the official Instagram Graph API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. The availability of our Service depends on the continued availability of the Instagram API. We are not liable for any service interruptions caused by changes to Meta's policies or APIs.

3User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms, including:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
  • Violating Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
  • Harassing, bullying, or threatening others.
  • Impersonating any person or entity.
  • Interfering with the proper operation of the Service.

5Commerce & Payments

Intenrix facilitates the generation of payment links and order tracking but does not process payments directly or hold funds. All transactions are processed by third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).

Intenrix is not a party to the transaction between the Seller and the Buyer and is not liable for payment failures, refunds, chargebacks, or disputes arising from sales made through the Service.

6Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Intenrix, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
